Residential Window Cleaning
Our ladderless Reach and Wash window cleaning system is the safest and most effective way of cleaning windows as all work is carried out from the ground, ladders and other dangerous methods are eliminated and access equipment no longer required.
We offer a 6 or 12 weekly cleaning service starting from £16 - no one off cleans.
Gutter Cleaning
To keep your gutters running effectively, an annual clean is recommended, the average Gutter gets filled with soil, silt, leaves, moss and other naturally occurring waste products. Neglected guttering can cause major damage to your property and your wallet!
Using the latest technology, we use powerful Gutter Vacuums with 4 k cameras attached to view and make sure we leave your gutters clean.

EleClean Window Cleaning Services was formed in Broxbourne by Joseph Martin.
After spending eight years working in the city of London, Joseph decided to set up and invest in a new growing family run window cleaning business.

Our reach and wash window cleaning system uses completely pure water which is free from all minerals, pumped through a special hose and up a carbon fibre pole with a special brush head. The magic behind the system really is the water. Because this water is put through a special filtration process it means that even after your windows have finished being rinsed the water will continue working by releasing any built up dirt and once dried it leaves extremely shiny windows and a spotless finish.
In addition we work in compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and are fully insured.

We will only release your personal information to a third party if we have your explicit consent or are required by law to do so. Your personal information will be deleted from our systems when deemed it is no longer needed or upon your request. Window Cleaning Terms of Business -
By accepting our quotation or using this website you agree to be bound by the terms of business of EleClean. These terms and conditions apply when using services of 'EleClean'.
Payment
1a. Payments should be made within 14 days of cleaning for domestic clients and 28 for commercial clients. Payments that are not received within 30 days of the clean may be charged a late payment fee. If this is a reaccuring problem EleClean Window Cleaning reserve the right to suspend your cleaning or replace your place on the round with another customer.
1b. If we then fail to receive monies owed within 60 days we have the right to contact a collection agency to recover debt, you will be liable for all related charges, collection agency fees and court related fees.
Cleaning Frequencies
2a. Cleaning is on a 6 weekly or 12 weekly basis - no one off cleans. If you cancel before the third clean you will be charged a fee of £40.
2b. 6 weekly and 12 weekly quotations are provided on the basis of a minimum of 12 month term.
2c. 6 weekly or 12 weekly quotations may be calculated to include the cost of the first deep clean as divisble by the full 12 month period therefore EleClean reserve the right to charge the cost of one full clean upon cancellation earlier than 12 months.
2c. 6 weekly and 12 weekly quotations are provided on the basis of a minimum of 12 month term.
2d. Amendments to services required such as reduction in frequency, additional cleaning or changes to property layout, may result in an additional charge.
2e. Our regular window cleaning round is approximately 6 or 12 weekly. Staff holidays, sick leave and bad weather can effect our schedule.
2f. For postponements please notify us when receiving the reminder text the day before otherwise you may be charged a fee.
Weather
3a. All external cleaning services are weather permitting and EleClean will endeavour to meet all the clients needs when possible and safe to do so.
3b. We may clean in light rain where possible to continue a regular service to all clients.
3c. EleClean may postpone or cancel visits due to high winds or alternatively for any other reason we deem to be unsafe.
Ingress & Egress
4a. Should we be unable to access any part of your property due to locked gates we will only clean the accessible areas. This may be charged at your normal clean price.
4b. We may be unable to return to clean the restricted area until the next scheduled clean. To avoid this, please ensure safe access if available on the clean date when we text the day before we arrive.
4c. We will endeavour to clean all windows, but if we deem any window/s to be inaccessible or unsafe to clean, we will not clean them.
4d. Please do not ask our staff to carry out unsafe work practices. They do not use ladders or climb on or over fences, roofs and garages.
4e. Due to insurance liabilities we will be unable to move obstacles - if any items restrict access to an area of your property we will be unable to clean it.
Damages
5a. Our staff do not accept liability for damage caused by decorative or structural defects at your property such as, but not limited to, ill fitting windows, doors, fascia's, guttering, window/conservatory trims, unsecured windows and doors, leaking seals, loose stuck on lead, decorative bars stuck on glass, rotting frames, flaking paint, open/broken trickle vents etc.
5b. Our staff accept no liability for decorative bars coming loose or falling from the exterior of the glass. If these bars are correctly installed our brushes will not damage them in any way. If they do become loose and fall off its because the adhesive is not bonding correctly with the glass. This is because over time the double sided tape used to stick the bars to your glass loses its adhesion.
24 Hour Guarantee
6a. EleClean Window Cleaning offer a 24 hour guarantee against any work carried out. If you are not 100% satisfied we will come back and reclean for free. To book a re-clean please email info@eleclean.co.uk - A call out charge may be applied if we return to clean and we find its the inside of the windows that are dirty or the double glazes unit has failed and the dirt is on the inside of the unit.
6b. Achieving optimum cleaning results may require a few cleans. For example, detergent residues from previous traditional window cleaning methods may initially cause slight spotting. Leaking can also occur from trickle vents, beading and heavily soiled frames, however in most cases, this will cease after a couple of cleans, once the dirt is removed fully from the frame areas.
Cancellations & Postponements
7a. If you wish to cancel your window cleaning with us we require that you do this within 14 days of your last clean. Please do so by writing to info@eleclean.co.uk or via an sms text message. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of a clean.
7b. EleClean window cleaners will always send an SMS Text message the day/evening before the day of the cleaning to remind you to leave the necessary access for our staff and close your windows for the day.
7c, Please remember to reply before the cleaning due date if you need to postpone the clean - otherwise you may be charged a fee.
7d. We work hard to be as reliable as possible for our customers so we appreciate the customer being reliable too. We reserve the right to charge you the full price of a clean if you turn our staff away or cancel via text/email/phone on the day of the clean as it is too late for us to replace your clean with another.
